Walden Behavioral Care is committed to working proactively to address any concerns regarding patient care and safety within the hospital. If you identify any concern with patient care or safety, we encourage you speak with any staff member of the hospital so that we may address it as promptly and completely as possible. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
