Walden Behavioral Care currently is located in Waltham and Northampton, Mass. We expect to add new locations as Walden grows.

Waltham, Mass.

Walden Behavioral Care’s main campus is at Children's Hospital Boston at Waltham, Nine Hope Avenue. Facilities in Waltham, a conveniently located suburb of Boston, include:

• The Alcott Center, 22 beds for inpatient treatment dedicated to patients with eating disorders.
• The Thoreau Center, 23 beds for inpatient treatment dedicated to patients with psychiatric disorders.
• Walden Place, a group of luxury apartments adjacent to the hospital for residential care of patients with eating disorders.
• Walden Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Center, where Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs are available for treating our patients.

Northampton, Mass.

Walden - Northampton, temporarily located at Five Strong Ave., provides intensive outpatient services for patients with eating disorders in the western Massachusetts region.

Walden is seeking a license to open a permanent office at 109 Main St., where it will add partial hospitalization and an innovative after-school program for adolescents.
