Position Details

Job Title: Family Therapist - Adolescent IOP

Location: Waltham

Job Summary
Walden Behavioral Care is seeking a family therapist,preferably a psychologist, for its Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program. The Adolescent IOP runs 3 evenings per week from 3:45-6:45 pm and may expand to include Saturdays. The schedule may vary from 15-40 hours per week. Potential candidates should be:

  • High energy
  • Experienced in adolescent and family therapy
  • Adept at behavioral interventions
  • Enthusiastic about learning

Education
Psy.D. or Masters Degree in Social Work or related field

Desired Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience working with adolescents and families is required. Candidate should posses knowledge of CBT and CBT therapies. Prior experience in eating disorders is preferred.

License/Certification
Psy.D., LICSW, LCSW, licensed in Massachusetts
