Training and Development

Walden is committed to providing compassionate care and innovative treatment services to our patients and their families that are demonstrably better than other existing services.  To accomplish this goal, Walden invests time and resources in staff training and development to maximize organizational effectiveness.  As such, Walden’s training philosophy is one of creating training opportunities and management support for all staff.  Annual training events include Grand Rounds (CEUs provided for licensed professionals), In-Services, DBT, CBT & Maudsley Training, just to name a few.

Compensation and Benefits

Walden’s compensation and benefits are competive based on market data and internal equity.  Annual salaries surveys and benchmarking are completed to ensure that our compensation ranges and our benefits package are adjusted appropriately to remain competitive and equitable.
