Office Manager – Peabody Clinic

We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our Clinic in Peabody. The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinic, complying with internal policies and procedures and applicable external regulatory requirements, coordinating work within the site as well as with other sites, responding to inquiries and requests from patients, patient’s families and other hospital personnel, and preparing correspondence in final form, receive families when necessary, maintaining files and conducting special projects, as assigned.
