The Manger of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for the management of all company-wide technology needs and support. This includes the organization’s data network, computer hardware and software, communications, networked copiers/printers and administration of the electronic health record. This is a hands-on position and is responsible for the network and desktop support of a 24 hour hospital with 47 beds, a 24 hour residential program, and 6 external clinic locations across Massachusetts and Connecticut. This position will manage a vendor IT support contract that provides ancillary support; however the IT Director is the primary support for the organization.

Marketing & Community Relations Associate

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Community Relations Associate for our South Windsor, CT Clinic. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and implementation of a comprehensive marketing / community relations program, including scheduling on-site visits at schools, clinical practices, hospitals and colleges/universities; representing the Company in a professional, organized, well-informed manner by being knowledgeable of all the Company’s programs and being able to impart that information to the Company’s potential and current referents; obtaining feedback from referents and reporting such information to the manager in an organized and timely fashion; participating in Walden’s events and exhibits, and scheduling and preparation of such events; preparing high level data reports to be presented to senior management.

Billing Assistant – Full Time

We are currently seeking a full time Billing Specialist to verify new client insurance benefit eligibility, coverage and limitations; to register patients accurately, efficiently and professionally to ensure data base integrity and to facilitate clean claims processing within established timeframes; to check Mass Health eligibility system daily for all active patients covered under a Mass Health product to confirm eligibility status; and to review and document Insurance Authorization details in the patient account within the billing system.
