Nurse Practitioners

The Nurse Practitioner provides professional psychiatric care in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care. The candidate coordinates and delegates with the nursing staff, utilizing the appropriate process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. The professional is accountable for assigned patients and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional psychiatric practice on the unit.
