    Clinical Specialist/Nurse Practitioner - Waltham
    The Clinical Specialist/Nurse Practitioner provides professional psychiatric care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care. The candidate coordinates and delegates with the nursing staff, utilizing the appropriate process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. The professional is accountable for his/her assigned patients and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional psychiatric practice on the unit. The Clinical Specialist/Nurse Practitioner must complete his/her written and dictated documentation within the acceptable specified time frame. more

    Registered Nurse - Waltham
    The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care and the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care. The Registered Nurse coordinates the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team. The Registered Nurse is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit. The Registered Nurse may also assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as required. Shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends. Full-time, part-time and per diem positions available. more

    Registered Nurse / Clinical Leader - Waltham
    The Registered Nurse / Clinical Leader supervises the delivery of nursing care provided by professional and support nursing staff on a designated unit. Ensure that care is provided in a manner consistent with the philosophy of Walden Behavioral Care and the ANA Standards of Practice for psychiatric mental health care. The Registered Nurse / Clinical Leader prescribes, coordinates and delegates care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. The Registered Nurse / Clinical Leader is accountable for nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit. more
