Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager Job Summary at Walden Behavioral Care

The Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager provides clinical social work/case management in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care and the NASW. The Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager candidate is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participate in team planning, utilization review, discharge planning/case management, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources.

Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager Education, Experience and Knowledge Requirements at Walden Behavioral Care

Candidates applying for the position of Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager should possess a masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field, with experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting. Inpatient, partial hospital, residential or crisis team experience preferred. Licenses required include LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or eligible in Massachusetts.

Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager candidate must possess strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and function well in a fast paced mental health environment and to collaborate well with others.
